Due to the nature of Sealed Products In the Pokemon industry, We unfortunately do not offer Returns. If something arrives damaged or not as described, Please Send us an Email at {Chester@CatChetcg.com} and We will Resolve the Issue 

Any Cancellations can be requested prior to shipment but are subject to a 6% cancellation Fee. This fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. This would cover the non-refundable payment processing fee we are charged when the initial transcation has been made.

Pre-Order Policy 

Please Read Before placing Any Pre-Orders. 

For Any Pre-Order items that was purchased On CatChet, Items in the cart will be shipped with the Pre-Order item, This means If a Pre-Order item ship in 1 Month, you will need to wait the 1 month for all other items in the cart.

If you want Non Pre-order items shipped right away, please add them to a separate Cart and Check out. Please note orders cannot be partially Fulfilled or partially Cancelled.
